Phillip Duncan is the CEO of Sisters Enhancing Sisters Networking Fellowship, Inc. He is a graduate of Clarksville High School located in Clarksville, Tennessee and he is currently majoring in Business Management with a minor in Information Systems. He and his wife, Jacqueline, are the founders of In His Presence Praise and Worship Center. Phillip is a licensed minister and he loves to be a servant to the people of God.

He is retired from the United States Marine Corps after 22 years of service. He has received numerous meritorious awards.

He currently serves as a member of the Entrepreneur Foundation of America and the Bowie Chamber of Commerce.
