Celestine Tina Grant was born in Waverly, Virginia, relocated to the Metropolitan area right after graduating from high school. She is a member of In His Presence Praise and Worship Center.

Tina worked twenty-five years for the First American Title Company as Supervisor and Recording Clerk. Her desire is to minister to the widowed women.

Tina is the mother to one daughter, Jaimi and the grandmother to two, Jai'lyn and Andree'.
